I am a senior business executive with a strong spike and experience in technology.  I drive broad, strategic transformation programs that improve organizational performance.  I have worked for a large technology company (IBM), a wide range of global 500 companies as a McKinsey & Company consultant and as a senior leader in McKinsey's internal IT organization, where I:

  • Conceived and created the Portfolio and Program Management function

  • Defined the Program Management career path

  • Developed a strong team of high-performing Program Managers

  • Led the overhaul of McKinsey's global financial systems, a 20-month program delivered on time and on budget

  • Subsequently led the replacement of McKinsey's global Human Resource systems, a 12-month program delivered on time and on budget
